Institutional Film
The Agence Nationale de la Recherche entrusted SERENA Productions with a film for all digital platforms as part of its research programme on cultural crossings between the East and the West since the 16th century.
The project consisted in filming decorative pieces, “border-objects” in the palaces of Lisbon that represent these crossed influences, showing their beauty in a short film intended for an audience of researchers.

SERENA Productions filmed the spaces and objects adopting the visitor’s point of view.
After strolling through Lisbon, the visitor/spectator discovers, with a surrounding track by Jordi Savall, the grandeur of the places where the past and the present intersect and East meets West.
